Accurate, quality, mold machining requires multiple capabilities and the precision equipment that supports them. Because Custom Design often makes multiple copies of the same tooling that must be compatible and interchangeable, machining that is accurate, consistent, and repeatable is essential.

Our work envelope extends from 16 x 12 x 14 inches (406 x 305 x 356 mm) to 96 x 72 x 54 inches (2538 x 1829 x 1372 mm)

• 3 - Sodick Wire EDMs with tapered cutting
• Work envelope up to 40 x 60 inches
